COR-01 · General Private Company Registration
Private Company Registration
— R950, all documents included
CIPC name, registration certificate, MOI, tax number, B-BBEE EME, share certificates and your ownership declaration. Typically filed within 2 working days from receipt of complete information.
- R950 once-off, no add-ons at checkout
- 7 documents delivered, not just a certificate
- R175 CIPC fee shown separately
The deliverable list
Seven documents. Each one does a job.
Not a certificate and a handshake. This is the paperwork a bank, a tender office or a corporate supply chain will actually ask you for.
- 01
CIPC Name Reservation Certificate
CoR9.4Proof your company name is reserved with CIPC. Banks and tender documents ask for it by name.
- 02
CIPC Company Registration Certificate
CoR14.3Your company's registration certificate. This is what opens the bank account and unlocks every other registration.
- 03
Standard Memorandum of Incorporation
CoR15.1AThe rules your company runs by. CIPC requires it and bank mandates reference it.
- 04
SARS Income Tax Registration Number
IT150Issued automatically when your company registers. Needed later for tax clearance and tender submissions.
- 05
B-BBEE Exempted Micro Enterprise Certificate
EMEYour B-BBEE affidavit. Most corporate and state supply chains will not engage without one.
- 06
Share certificates for all shareholders
SharesWritten proof of who owns what. Required for banking mandates and essential if ownership is ever disputed.
- 07
Initial Business Ownership Declaration
BOThe CIPC beneficial-ownership filing. Competitors charge R350–R990 for this separately. Included here.
The price objection, answered
You could do this yourself for R175.
We are not going to pretend otherwise. Here is exactly what the difference buys you.
The DIY route is genuinely viable if you have the hours and you know which field causes the rejection. If you would rather spend those hours on the business, that is the whole product.
How it works
Four steps. Typically 2 working days.
- 01
Tell us about your company
Entity type, directors, name preferences and shareholding. Takes about 10 minutes.
- 02
We prepare and check
We assemble your documents and check them against what CIPC actually validates before anything is lodged.
- 03
We file with CIPC
Name reservation first, then company registration. You get a status update at every stage.
- 04
Documents delivered digitally
All seven documents emailed to you as a single, organised pack.
Scope
What this package does not include
This package does not include SARS navigation: no eFiling setup, tax clearance (TCS), VAT or PAYE registration. The SARS income tax number (IT150) is issued automatically with your CIPC registration and is included.
- SARS eFiling setup
- Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or tax clearance
- VAT registration
- PAYE / SDL registration
Need those? Ask us after registration — or start with COR-02, Tender Eligibility and Funding, which adds tax clearance and CSD registration.
Why we draw the line here
Tax advice, legal drafting and accounting are reserved for registered practitioners. We do administrative execution and portal navigation. That is not a limitation on you — it is the reason our work is correct and our prices stay honest.
Why trust this
A small operation that files properly.
Every package lists exactly which documents and registrations it covers. We confirm the scope and any statutory fees before work begins.
This is an enquiry, not an instant registration. Once we hear from you, we confirm requirements, scope and payment arrangements before anything starts.

Before you decide
Straight answers.
You can. The CIPC filing fee is R175 and nothing stops you. What you are paying us for is the preparation and the checking: getting the name list right the first time, matching director details exactly to Home Affairs records, assembling the ownership declaration, and knowing which field causes the rejection. If you are comfortable with all of that and you have the hours, do it yourself.
Typically 2 working days from the point we have your complete information and documents. CIPC processes name reservation before registration, so a name that is already available moves faster than one that needs alternatives.
You give us up to four names in preference order. CIPC reserves the first available one. If all four are unavailable or rejected, we re-lodge using the next available option at no extra charge — and we tell you before we file so you can change the list.
No. We prepare and file correctly, and we check your documents against what CIPC validates before we lodge. The approval decision belongs to CIPC, not to us. Anyone who guarantees you a registration outcome is overstating what they can control.
A company with directors who do not hold South African ID numbers goes through a different CIPC process with additional verification. We handle those too, but not through this form. Use the "Book a call" option and we will take it from there.

Register my company
A guided set of short steps, in the same order the CIPC portal asks for the information. About 10 minutes if you are the only director. Your answers are saved as you go.
We could not save your progress yet. We keep retrying in the background — please carry on filling in the form.
Ready to register — or still deciding?
Start the form and finish in about 10 minutes, or talk it through with a person first. Either way, nothing is filed until you have seen the scope and the price.
